I’m Anastasia — a personal trainer and nutrition coach based in Bellevue.
I help busy professionals build strong, pain-free, confident bodies through smart strength training, mobility work, assisted stretching, and evidence-based nutrition.


My coaching combines science, personalization, and premium service — whether at your home, office, in-club, or online.

  • Client Interests:
    I always act in the best interests of my clients, offering the most effective and appropriate plan of work. Even if you're a beginner eager to train with me 5 times a week, I would suggest starting with 2–3 sessions.

    Honesty:
    I do not promise fast or unattainable results. If it is physiologically possible to reach your goal only within a year, I will be honest with you from the beginning.

    Professional Ethics:
    I will refuse to work with a client if I realize that I cannot help them—for example, in cases requiring medical assistance or psychiatric help in serious eating disorders.

    Safety First:
    My priority is safety in exercises. I adapt every training program to each client’s individual needs and limitations.

    Clear Professional Boundaries:

    I establish clear rules of interaction and follow professional ethics in relationships with clients, including communication, payments, and scheduling.

     

    Individual Approach:
    I always strive to understand the unique needs of each client and implement a personalized approach in training and nutrition.

    I always aim to create a comfortable and supportive atmosphere during training. It is important for me that the client feels safe, confident, and free from judgment.

    Everything that occurs during a training session stays strictly between the client and the trainer.

    I always express gratitude to clients for their trust, openness, and willingness to work on themselves, contributing to a healthier and happier life.
